6-Step Pre-Build Process

A time to meet

Thinking of renovating? At Rossmark we are experts in the housing industry. Our consultations involve meeting you, assessing your situation and determining what the best option is for you. We don’t just build; we advise. This enables you to make an informed and rational decision.

Design my Home

Designs are undertaken upon your request; we will use your budget as a tool to design a home renovation that suits your requirements and circumstance. A small investment is charged for your customised design.

Presentation

We will call when your design is complete (generally within 2 weeks) and arrange a time to present the proposal in the comfort of your home.

Amendments

We will tailor all aspects of the proposal to meet your approval.

Preparing to renovate

Once we have your approval, it time for to make selections regarding finishes to your renovation. The Rossmark process allows clients time to make decision, while having access to professionals in all fields, whether choosing tiles for the bathroom, to the colour of your new kitchen cupboards we can assist you ever step of the way.
